Here are 3 simple steps to get you started. Try to complete these within the first 7 days of your membership.
In order to access the meal planner and workout videos, you will need to complete a quick 5-minute assessment. This will assist you in setting up your initial health and fitness goals. Don’t be overwhelmed by this. It’s just a start. If needed, you can make changes to this later. Nothing is set in stone so don’t worry! 😊
Once your assessment has been completed, you can access the meal planner and workout videos via the myKETA web portal by clicking below and download the myKETA app on your mobile device.
The app can be found in the app store. Your password for the mobile device can be found by accessing the myKETA Web Portal and clicking on “profile details” then “admin options”.
Complete your account setup with the telemedicine service provider. You will receive an email with instructions within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you do not receive this email, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to include the name and email address the membership was enrolled under.

Start tracking what you eat!
With the meal plan you selected and information you will learn from your nutritional coach, start eating your way to a healthier and happier you! Use the myKETA app to keep track of what you eat. There is a food barcode scanner in the app that makes it easy to track calories.
Start increasing your physical activity (walking, exercising, workout videos, etc.)
Get moving and stay moving. Commit to some type of physical activity at least 3-4 times per week and track it in the myKETA app. Exercise is not only great for your physical health, it also leads to an improved overall wellbeing, including mental and emotional health.
Schedule a visit with a mental health coach (only available with the coaching plan)
This check-in will address any behaviors, thoughts or experiences that may prevent you from achieving your health and wellness goals. Schedule a visit with your coach today!

Once your account for these services has been created, you will be sent an email with instructions to complete the setup process. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive these instructions. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you do not receive these instructions within 3 business days, please email email@example.com.
Once your account has been set up, please contact the third-party administrator directly regarding telemedicine (virtual care) related services and questions.
For all other inquiries that are not related to telemedicine (virtual care) services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Telemedicine (virtual care) services include visits with, or care received by:
- Medical doctors
- Mental health coaches
- Nutritional coaches
- Any other health and medical expert or specialist

Wellness On A Dime is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; however, our services are offered online and can be accessed from anywhere.
- Yes, but there is no need. Our plans include a $0 visit fee for general medical care. In addition, our coaching plan includes other services with a $0 visit fee.
- Telemedicine or telehealth services are provided by a third-party vendor and includes virtual access to a network of Board-Certified Doctors and pediatricians, 24/7 by phone or video. Prescription costs are NOT included. Please note that coverage will begin the 1st day of the month following enrollment. Correspondingly, termination of coverage will end the last day of the month following termination based on eligibility. Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification with additional details. Please allow up to 3 days for receipt of email. No guarantees are made by Baylor, Burton & Robertson dba Wellness On A Dime and its affiliates with regard to third-party services.
